Cleanness & Maintenance

Cleaning and Maintenance of the steam cabinet
1. The routine cleaning of the steam cabinet may be done with common detergent and soft cloth; it is forbidden to use detergent containing acetone or ammonia. It is forbidden to use the disinfector containing methanol acid or formaldehyde in or during the sterilizing;
2. Remove the surface stains with tooth paste and soft cloth.
3. To remove the slight scratches and cigarette burns, you can scrub them with water (2000#) soaked abrasive paper, and finish off with polishing treatment.
4. Wipe the dirt (if there is any) on the plating with velvet cloth, but do not use rough cloth or acidic solution.
5. Clean the Backwater Strainer Cover frequently to prevent clogging up of the strainer.
6. Regular Check of the water pipes to see if there is any crack or folding to avoid problems in use.
7. Regular Check of the Power cord, Switch, and Plug to see if they are desquamated or damaged for timely repair.
8. To extend the service lifetime, please pay attention not to use the cabinet continuously over 3 hours.

Shower room
1. Water leak.
• Check whether the waterproof tapes have been installed well.
• Check whether the base is sealed up with glass sealant and between the tub and the walls.
• Check whether the gap between the tub and the wall are well sealed.
• Check whether the Drainage has been installed well, or whether the joints of the Drainpipe are completely sealed
2. The sliding door does not move smoothly.
• Check whether the Pulley is damaged or the Guide rail distorted. If yes, replace it.
• Check whether the pulleys have been installed tightly or whether the eccentric position is counterbalanced. If not, tighten them or adjust them accordingly.
• Check whether there have been things stuck in the pulleys.
• If the above problems ruled out, you should check whether the Upper and Lower Guide Rails have been properly installed, or whether there is any deviation of distance between the upper and lower holes. Apply lubricant to see if it works
3. There are gaps on top and bottom of the closed sliding doors.
• Check the parallelism of the Sliding Doors, and adjust the pedestal or eccentric to ensure parallel operation of the doors.
• Check if there is any vertical deviation, if yes, adjust it.
4. Drainage problems or accumulation of water in the Tub.
• Check whether the Drainage and Drainpipe have been clogged up.
• Check whether the level of the ground and the Pedestal is even, if not, making it even.
5. Once the aluminum product has been scratched or damaged, it can be replaced only. For replacement, please refer to the instructions.

Massage Tub
1. Water cannot flow into the Tub.
• Check whether the water reaches the Faucet. If yes, then check if there is anything clogging the Faucet. If the Faucet is damaged, replace it please.
• Check whether the inlet or outlet hose has been folded.
2. Water Leakage.
• If the Jet leaks, please check whether it has been properly installed and sealed up, or whether it is firmly connected with the hose. Remove the hose by turning it loose, and then reconnect it.
• If the Faucet is leaky, first remove the Handle and take out the Valve Core to check it whether it is damaged, or whether the ring is broken, if yes, replace it. Then check whether there are any cracks in the Faucet, if yes, replace it.
• Check the Drainage whether has been connected well. Or whether the Drainpipe has been cracked or jammed up.
• If the Motor leaks, check whether the Rubber Gaskets are damaged in the inlet and outlet pipe.
3. The Massage Motor can not be started.
• Check whether the Aeration Pipe of the Air Switch or the Motor Switch has been air leaking or disconnected. Reconnect it.
• Check whether there is any electricity at the switch.
• Check whether the Air Switch has been installed well, if it is damaged, replace it.
• Check whether the Motor Switch has been damaged. Check it by the blowing method, if no sound appears, the Switch seizes up. Replace it.
• Check whether the wires of the Motor have been connected well.
• Whether the Coil of the Motor has been burnt out, if yes, replace it.
4. No water after starting the Motor.
• Check whether the water reaches the minimum level that is over the back-up Water outlet.
• Check whether there is anything jamming the Backwater Drainer. If yes, clean it.
• Check whether the Pump Impeller has been loose or damaged. If yes, tighten it or replace it.
• Check whether the Suction Pipe of the Pump is on straight line.
• Check whether the Inlet branch of the Pump is air leaking. If yes, tighten it or seal it. 5. If there is blotch or slight scratch and so on.
• Remove the blotch with soft cloth and tooth paste or alcohol. Do not use detergent with acidity or acetone in it.
• To remove the slight scratch or burn on surface, first polish it with (2000#) waterproof abrasive paper and wipe it clean with tooth paste, then give it a final finish.
